At Hamilton OSHC, our aim is to maintain a nurturing, fun, stimulating and safe environment where each child and family feel included, and where their needs are met at all times. We achieve this through building respectful and collaborative relationships with children and their families.
We put a huge emphasis on leisure and play based activities, encouraging all children to have a voice in the everyday decisions we make in our service.
We provide the tools and support necessary for children to build confidence in their physical, emotional, intellectual, creative, and social growth. This can be through games, sport, art, activities, conversations and we will always change and adapt what we offer to suit the needs of the children and families in our service.
It is important to us to continue to work in partnership with families, children, educators, management, and the community to ensure we are relevant and responsive to all needs, and to allow children to remain active members of their community.
