Enrolments need to be fully completed for services to be able to accept the enrolment.
Once enrolment has been completed, the staff will accept the enrolment, however, please be patient because this will be done within our 2 day processing requirement.
Enrolment Confirmation is not Booking Acceptance – Services will send out an enrolment confirmation but this does NOT mean that your bookings have been accepted.
Bookings for After School Care can be either on a permanent and/or casual basis
Permanent – A permanent booking is defined as a child booked to attend the service on the same day/s each week or fortnight. Please refer to the Request for Absence Form for further details and conditions.
Please refer to the Cancellation section of the Family Handbook for information relating to changing or cancelling permanent bookings.
Casual – Casual bookings are days that do not fall into a regular weekly or fortnightly pattern. Bookings will depend on available spaces.
Changes of Bookings (ASC): Please complete the relevant form and notify your service to request a change of booking. Request to Change Bookings Form
Requests for Absences: Submit the Request for Absence Form directly to your service. For a same day absence, please notify your service by email. Request for Absence Form
Cancellation of Bookings: Permanent Bookings are completed via a form, but casual bookings need to be cancelled through the Xplor Home App, if you are cancelling because of a planned holiday or medical reason, you will need to submit the cancellation form 5 days prior the absence day to receive the discount.
