Enrolments need to be fully completed for services to be able to accept the enrolment.
Once enrolment has been completed, the staff will accept the enrolment, however, please be patient because this will be done within our 2 day processing requirement.
Enrolment Confirmation is not Booking Acceptance – Services will send out an enrolment confirmation but this does NOT mean that your bookings have been accepted.
Bookings for After School Care can be either on a permanent and/or casual basis
Permanent – A permanent booking is defined as a child booked to attend the service on the same day/s each week or fortnight. Please refer to the Request for Absence Form for further details and conditions.
Please refer to the Cancellation section of the Family Handbook for information relating to changing or cancelling permanent bookings.
Casual – Casual bookings are days that do not fall into a regular weekly or fortnightly pattern. Bookings will depend on available spaces.
Changes of Bookings (ASC): To change a permanent booking, families are required to email the service at least 5 days before the change date.
Requests for Absence: A request for absence must be made through the Xplor Home App. To receive the discount fee, the absence must be requested at least 5 days before the intended absence date.
Cancellation of Bookings: To cancel a permanent booking, families are required to email the service at least 5 days prior to the cancellation date.
