Katrina is a senior governance professional with extensive experience advising Boards, Directors and Executive teams in complex, high-accountability environments, including seven years as Company Secretary at WorkSafe Victoria. Previously as a Registered Nurse, Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist and Health Program Manager, she has led programs across private, public and community health—including establishing Ballarat’s Aboriginal Primary Health Service and Ballarat’s first Headspace Centre for 12–25-year-olds. Katrina has expertise in infant, child and adolescent health and brings a strong commitment to improving health and wellbeing outcomes. She is passionate about creating safe, well-led workplaces and fostering inclusive cultures.
